Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

Unvritt (“we”, “us”, “our”) owns and operates the website unvritt.com, its sub-domains, and associated e-mail newsletter (collectively, the “Service”). “Unvritt” and the Unvritt logo are trademarks owned by the company. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept every provision, do not use the Service.

Except with Unvritt’s prior written consent, you must not engage in, facilitate, or permit any scripted, programmatic, or automated interaction with the Service—including web-scraping, data-mining, browser-automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Puppeteer), large-language-model agents, or any other bot or crawler. Unvritt logs IP addresses, geolocation, and traffic fingerprints and deploys rate-limiting and other technical countermeasures to detect and block such activity. Any attempt to circumvent these controls constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may lead to immediate suspension, permanent banning, and legal action. You agree that any dispute arising from unauthorised automated access shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Unvritt invests significant effort and pride in every piece of content we publish. Each article, graphic, data-visualisation, newsletter issue, video, audio snippet, or downloadable asset (collectively, “Content”) is: (a) researched using proprietary human-curated sources and AI-assisted analysis; (b) drafted by our editorial team; (c) fact-checked, copy-edited, and legally reviewed; and (d) approved by senior editors before publication. This rigorous process ensures that all Content is the exclusive intellectual property of Unvritt and its licensors. **Permitted personal use.** You may share links or unaltered excerpts of Unvritt Content on social media, messaging apps, or a personal, non-commercial blog, provided you: (i) give clear attribution to Unvritt; (ii) do not remove or obscure our branding; and (iii) do not charge or otherwise monetise such sharing. **Business / commercial restrictions.** Except with Unvritt’s prior written consent, you must not reproduce, distribute, mirror, frame, sell, lease, sublicense, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Content for commercial purposes. This prohibition includes, without limitation, incorporating Unvritt research into paid reports, newsletters, subscription services, marketing collateral, AI-training datasets, or internal corporate knowledge bases. Subscription benefits (including paywalled articles, data decks, and email issues) are personal, non-transferable licences for individual use only. Account-sharing, credential-lending, or resale of access is strictly forbidden. Unauthorised commercial use of Unvritt’s intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may subject the offender to civil and/or criminal liability. Unvritt reserves all rights not expressly granted herein and will pursue legal action—including injunctive relief and damages—before the competent courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
